It was awesome, no complain

This is a nice hotel with a great view of the backside of the Tetons. Grace at the front desk is fantastic, she was great to talk to and I know she works hard around the property too keep it clean and well-maintained. The only issue I had was I accidentally booked two nights using Expedia and when I checked in I asked if I could cancel the next night and unfortunately the answer was no. Lesson learned, book directly with the hotels, there might be more options for canceling that way. Unfortunately they weren't able to give me half of my money back, so I'm out one night stay that I didn't use. I thought they would have a little bit more flexibility. Maybe I should've talked to somebody higher up on the chain? Once again Grace at the check-in desk is a top-notch employee!

This was an awesome cabin!! It was extremely clean and felt very home like! My kids/grandkids absolutely loved it! There were even family games to play in the evenings! This was a perfect place for our family!! Thank you Laurie!
